The hotel had a nice ambiance and the attached Denny's was a convenient bonus for breakfast. My room was clean, spacious, and the heating unfortunately didn’t function properly. I froze the entire night because the heating unit was only in the living area. In the bedroom, it felt like I was in a fridge. I mentioned this at checkout, and the front desk acknowledged the issue with some rooms. While housekeeping was polite, I found dirty glasses left in the hall during check-in that were still there when I got to my room. The noise from the highway was noticeable, which made it hard to sleep. The pool area, although I didn’t get to use it, looked fantastic. I also loved the jacuzzi suite. it would be perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by the cold room and road noise, which both need addressing.

I was shocked at the lack of communication regarding the damage deposit. I was charged more than expected without a prior explanation. The room was outdated with peeling wallpaper and a dirty stain on the floor, which made my stay uncomfortable. It felt like a downgrade in quality for the price I paid, completely ruining my experience.
